AI/ML Engineer — Document IntelligenceView role
You'll build the retrieval and extraction systems at the heart of our document intelligence platform — the pipelines that turn messy enterprise documents into structured, trustworthy data.
What you'll do
- Design and ship RAG pipelines: chunking, embeddings, retrieval tuning, evaluation
- Build document extraction for invoices, contracts, and claims with measurable accuracy
- Own evaluation frameworks — we measure instead of assuming
- Work directly with clients to turn their documents into working systems
What we're looking for
- Strong Python; experience with LLM APIs and vector databases
- Shipped production ML systems, not just notebooks
- Comfort with ambiguity — you define the approach, not just execute tickets
Software Engineer — Platform & IntegrationsView role
You'll build the backend systems, APIs, and integrations our client engagements run on — Azure-hosted, production-grade, built to last.
What you'll do
- Design and build backend services and REST APIs (Node.js/Python)
- Integrate with client systems: CRMs, document stores, identity providers
- Own Azure infrastructure: App Services, databases, CI/CD pipelines
- Build the internal tooling that makes the team faster
What we're looking for
- 3+ years building production backend systems
- Experience with Azure or another major cloud
- You write the runbook before you need it
Product DesignerView role
You'll own product and web experiences worthy of a world-class company — from our client portal to this website.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end product experiences for enterprise users
- Build and maintain our design system
- Prototype fast, test with real users, ship with engineers
- Raise the bar on every pixel the company ships
What we're looking for
- Portfolio of shipped product work (not just concepts)
- Strong interaction and visual design fundamentals
- Comfortable working directly with engineers, no handoff theater
Delivery Manager — Client EngagementsView role
You'll run client engagements with precision — the person who makes sure what we promise is what ships.
What you'll do
- Own delivery across 2–4 concurrent client engagements
- Translate client needs into scoped, scheduled engineering work
- Run weekly client reviews with clear status and next steps
- Build the delivery playbook as we scale
What we're looking for
- Track record shipping technical projects on time
- Excellent written communication — clients judge us by your updates
- Technical enough to challenge an estimate
